CLE PLastics Machinery - Booth No. E3708

Experience precision in action with Movacolor’s MMS-Weight gravimetric unit, which continuously monitors and records the main resin feed in real time for accurate throughput and instant feedback on feed fluctuations.

Paired with the MDS Balance and MC Nexus dosing modules, the system delivers unmatched control and traceability. The Balance ensures additive dosing from 0.02 to 50 g/s with ±0.05% accuracy, while the Nexus uses laser precision to count individual pellets for ultra-low dosing applications.

Together, these technologies demonstrate how modern extrusion lines can achieve high quality, minimal waste, and full material traceability in continuous production.

  • Shini USA Logo

Shini USA - Booth No. E3400

The star of our show will be Shini USA’s Three-Axis Servo Driven Robot (Model ST3-1000-1600T). Showcased on a pedestal, this single kick stroke beam robot will be fully operational throughout the show, displaying its range between the crosswise stroke, vertical stroke, and traverse stroke. The Servo Driven Robot allows precise transportation, arrangement, and stacking of product, allowing injection molding machines to perform autonomously. We will also be showcasing a variety of stationary machines such as Granulators, Hopper Dryers, Desiccant Dryers, Materials loaders, Material mixers, and more.

  • ECON

    ECON - Booth No. C1500

Live Demonstration: EUP10 Underwater Pelletizing System

The demonstration will showcase the ECON EUP10, operating in combination with a COLLIN laboratory single-screw extruder. Designed for laboratory and pilot-scale applications, this compact system features ECON’s patented thermal insulation technology, which maintains uniform melt temperature at the die plate and prevents heat loss throughout the process.

The EUP10 integrates a hydraulic start-up unit, automatic cutting head positioning, and a frequency-controlled cutter drive—enabling stable operation, consistent pellet geometry, and smooth start-up and shutdown sequences.

The principle of operation demonstrated on the EUP10 is the same across all ECON pelletizers, from compact laboratory units processing 60 lb/h to large-scale production systems exceeding 35,000 lb/h. This consistent design philosophy ensures uniform pellet quality, operational stability, and energy efficiency across the entire ECON product range.
