● Measurable diversion of textiles from landfill

● Effective sorting and separation processes that improve recyclate quality

● Collaboration and partnerships to successfully integrate collection and sorting initiatives into the supply chain

Eligibility: Open to municipalities, regional bodies, public organisations, charities, waste management and recycling operations. Submissions should highlight recent initiatives and results (within the past 18 months)

Recognising outstanding initiatives that scale textile recycling, from new facilities to collaborative projects.

What the judges are looking for:

● Positive impact on textile recycling capacity and quality

● Demonstrated efficient recycling of textiles with a measurable environmental benefit

● Strong evidence of collaboration across the value chain

● Successful implementation of innovative technologies and processes

Eligibility – open to public or private operations running textile recycling facilities. Entries should highlight recent initiatives and results (within the past 18 months). For collaborative projects, only one company/organisation should submit the entry on behalf of all partners to avoid duplicate submissions for the same project.

● Innovations that enhance the sorting, separation or recycling of textiles

● Scalable technologies that can make significantly boost textile recycling capacity, efficiency and quality

● Clear environmental benefits over existing solutions

● Evidence of the innovation’s commercial viability

Eligibility: Open to manufacturers, research organisations or consortiums. Submissions should highlight recent initiatives and results (within the past 18 months). For collaborative projects, only one company/organisation should submit the entry on behalf of all partners to avoid duplicate submissions for the same project.

● Significant achievements in promoting and delivering growth in textiles recycling

● Industry ambassadors who demonstrate a clear passion for circularity and sustainability

● Bringing energy and innovation to the sector and taking on new responsibilities

● Real potential to become the leaders of tomorrow

Eligibility: Open to individuals who are under 30 (on 24 June 2026) from across the sector, including employees in commercial companies, charities, public bodies, organisations and academia. Individuals can submit entries themselves or can be nominated by a colleague.
